# IntegrityPhase — public release r19.5-native-0.1.4

Ready integration: Codex CLI on Windows, Node.js 24.14+ (24.x), an existing Base EOA and SDK 0.6.0-r19.5. No customer bridge code is required. Safe as payer is not implemented by this adapter.

1. Read integrityphase://native-buyer-package. Download its fixed HTTPS archive and verify SHA-256 before installation.
2. Install the archive with npm.cmd install --ignore-scripts --no-audit --no-fund <absolute downloaded archive path>.
3. Follow integrityphase://native-buyer/README.md from the exact archive: connect company data, standing authority, HMAC source and persistent state once through the supplied data schema and provisioning commands. Keep the existing journal and budget when upgrading.
4. Connect the supplied local MCP configuration to Codex. The owner unlocks a limited local signing session. A zero-payment session can qualify the company and source. Keys stay in the masked local window, outside the conversation.
5. The prepared agent uses the published tools for qualification, source-event preparation, current quote, one purchase and recovery of the same operation. Company/source refusal or insufficient budget stops before payment.

The SDK BUYER.md remains the lower-level prepared-host protocol. This ready adapter supplies that host; customers do not implement createPreparedHostHandler. This release instruction and descriptor supplement the historical acceptance wording inside the unchanged archive.

Evidence as of 2026-10-14: local real wallet check; logged-in agent synthetic purchase/recovery; real company and source activation without payment through adapter 0.1.4. Real paid backend acceptance, public download acceptance and Bazaar return remain pending. This is not a real customer sale or acceptance of production invoicing.

Publication does not open sales. The live backend supplies availability and buyer-specific USDC quotes; discovery amounts are not payment authorization. Owner acceptance requires a server permit and has no production invoice. Customer sales retain invoice requirements. Nevermined is OFF.
